Return Policy

Waterfull Inc. will provide a full refund for any Barrel cancelled within 24 hours of being ordered. Unopened items purchased at waterfull.com can be returned for any reason within 30 calendar days of date of delivery with a proof of purchase; less a 20% re-stocking fee.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  In addition, customers will be responsible for UPS Ground return charges. Items damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return. Damages that incur during shipping are the responsibility of the shipper and should not be accepted for delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.  For any issues regarding refunds, please contact Waterfull at 855-85-WATER to make other arrangements.  Refunds will be determined once the items are received and inspected by Waterfull’s returns department.  An additional fee will be deducted if the product is deemed to be damaged.

Warranty 

The Waterfull Barrel, including its base and lid, will be warrantied for two years from the date of delivery. Should your Barrel be found defective within two years of the date of delivery, Waterfull Inc. will replace your Barrel with a Barrel of equal value. Proper installation is required for the Waterfull Barrel to be covered under the warranty. This warranty is limited to the Waterfull Barrel itself and does not include accessories, delivery, installation, or removal of the Barrel. All attached parts and accessories will be warrantied by each manufacturer’s own warranty. Stripped fittings as a result of improper installation are not covered under warranty but may be replaced at the discretion of Waterfull Inc.

If your Waterfull Barrel is believed to be defective, please contact Waterfull Inc. immediately. Do not attempt to fix any defects yourself without first contacting Waterfull Inc., doing so may void this warranty. Waterfull Inc. reserves the right to question proper installation and request pictures of the defect if necessary. If documentation of the defect cannot be provided, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement until Waterfull Inc. can verify that a defect is found. Waterfull Inc. reserves the right to fix any defect at the place of installment prior to providing a replacement.
